CANCELLED National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence – Upstander Week 16 – 20 March 2020

In light of recent developments this event has now been cancelled.

Kingscliff High School will be leading the way again this year on the National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence. At Kingscliff High school we aim to create a safe and supportive school community for everyone. Parents or carers are an important part of our work to prevent bullying and to respond effectively if it happens. Stopping bullying involves everyone.

Next week all students in Year 7 through to 10, and student leaders from various years, will participate in the KHS’s Upstander campaign during the course of the week to promote the National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence on Friday 20 March. Students will receive a note from their roll call teacher on Monday. A copy can be found below.

If you as a parent/carer does not wish for your son/daughter to be involved, you will need to contact the school and speak with our Wellbeing Coordinator Mrs Rodenburg.
