Updated information on Kingscliff High School’s participation at the local ANZAC Day services

Services this year will be determined by restrictions placed on us by NSW State Government. Kingscliff RSL has attempted to meet all conditions of those restrictions and have asked that the general public assist them to make this a safe and sacred day.
Refer to the information detailed below, together with the attached from the Kingscliff RSL.

Cudgen Dawn Service 5:30am
There will be no school representation at the Cudgen Dawn Service other than our School Captains.

Pottsville Service 8:00am
There will be no schools marching at the Pottsville service.
Four Kingscliff High School U16 boys have been invited to carry the WWII Under 16s Association banner in recognition of young boys who joined up and fought for Australia during World War II whilst still less than 16 years of age. Normally this banner is paraded in Sydney.
The four boys invited to do this have been notified and arrangements have been made.

Kingscliff Service (March at 10:30am / Service at 11:00am)
Due to restricted numbers there will only be two staff and four students (School Captains) from Kingscliff High School who will be marching.
Thank you.
